Free Local Delivery Service
We offer a free weekly local delivery service for orders including the frozen raw dog foods we stock from Nutriment & Cotswolds Raw.
Min orders applies for free local delivery
- Stockton/Middlesbrough - £20.00
- Redcar/Saltburn/East Cleveland £25
- Hartlepool - £30
We deliver on a set day each week, please see below the next few weeks schedule:
- Sunday 24th November
- Sunday 1st December
- Sunday 8th December
Please ensure orders are placed by 12pm on a Wednesday if you wish to have free local delivery.
You can order online on our website, face-to-face in-store, by email or telephone or by Facebook message. Contact us if you have any questions regarding our free local delivery service.
Please be aware that it is usually best to order a few days before or arranging regular deliveries to ensure that we have the right product in stock. An option to pre-order regular is also available (for example, a pre-order for every week, two weeks etc...) and pay by standing order.
Dispatch and Delivery
We will always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. This may be delayed over Bank Holidays however we will always try and get your order to you as quick as possible.
For delivery we estimate your order will be with you between 3 and 5 working days after leaving us. We use the Royal Mail Postal Service & Hermes to deliver all orders and cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss in transit though we will always try and rectify any problem as fast as we can.
Some of our products are bespoke and made to order so will take slightly longer to be dispatched, an estimated delivery time will be in the product description and confirmed once the order has been placed.
Postage and Packaging
Postage is a fixed cost of £3.99. There will be an extra cost for any Overseas orders, please contact us for a quote.
If you have purchased an incorrect size we will be happy to replace this with the correct size at no extra cost. Wags & Whiskers offers a return period of 14 days. If the product is returned in its full original condition we will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund. If the product is faulty we will return it to the supplier and either offer a replacement or a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges. Any refund will be made using the same method as the original payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
